Holy is the Lord, God Almighty

I have sung this song several times in worship, but didn’t realize the words come from the Old Testament reading for this week – Nehemiah (see Monday’s blog entry). The joy of the Lord is our strength.

Let us pray: Holy are you, God Almighty. The earth is filled with your glory. We sing your praises and give thanks for all you give us. We pray this in Jesus’ name. Amen
