Large Interior Space Available for Rent

  • 3,500 to 3,700 square feet available

  • Potential child care facility or other multi-purpose use for rent

  • Located at 28455 Center Ridge Road, Westlake

  • Space is a secure area which includes six furnished classrooms, private entrance, ample parking, room enough for 50 plus children

  • Five days a week usage from 6 am to 6 pm

  • Private kitchen and large meeting room also available
